But in a small space, we had to reinvent ourselves; giving birth to the CHUBU17 you know today. This new chapter focused on signature handcrafted burgers, using local ingredients sourced from the Nuestra Señora de África Market in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
Specializing in gourmet burgers, we stand out for our homemade mayonnaises and sauces. We use fresh certified beef with 30% to 40% fat content, seasoned only with salt and pepper to preserve its original flavor. Plus, our terrace atmosphere is known for being warm and perfect for making new friends.
